Raised by Apollo 12 astronaut Richard F. Gordon and radio personality “Smilin’ Lee Shoblom,” I grew up knowing that life is about reaching for the stars and sharing your voice. At 14, I became the youngest female DJ in the U.S., and I’ve been chasing big dreams ever since.

I’ve written books, coached thousands worldwide, and worked with leaders and companies from ExxonMobil to iHeartRadio. Today, as a professor, coach, and creator, I bring humor, heart, and practical tools to help people unlock their creativity and take bold action.
